2020 was a challenging and reflective time. Post-2020 calls for fresh consideration and outlook on pre-established modes of operation and gives us a chance to break new ground. 

We believe it's important to trial an open, reflective, innovative way of representing talent, one that gives a voice to, and empowers, a new community. 

Self Agency will exist in an experimental format. We are excited to share our wonderful Self Agency community with the fashion industry and look forward to seeing what comes of this new dynamic. Aotearoa’s talent pool is broad; it is time to explore new perspectives. 

SELF agency wants to amplify and celebrate the ‘whole selves’ of its talent and share with the local and global community the power of our identities.
